Iain Anderson is a graduate of New Saint Andrews College (BA and Certificate of Music, 2024). He has been playing oboe for fourteen years, and he loves teaching people to love the oboe and play excellently. Iain’s teaching method balances solo repertoire with technical studies (such as those of Gekeler, Edlefson, and Rubank). Iain can be found playing oboe for various ensembles in Moscow, ID, and he also enjoys singing in choir, conducting choir and orchestra, and composing music. Beyond music, Iain enjoys his work at a local startup, fellowship with friends, good books, and athletics.
